ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the
condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall execute the bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner has come forward to submit the sureties before the learned Magistrate, the petitioner was directed to produce some property documents to show that the petitioner is having property worth about Rs.20,000/-. I am of the view that the same is not necessary since in our State, each person is having good per capita income. Further, the property documents are not necessary for executing the bond to the extent of Rs.20,000/-.
