Respondent(s) PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd Respondent herein dated 02.02.2025 for the rejection of application No.2025/0103/06/459284 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders for transfer of Patta of the lands covered in the said application in favour of the Petitioner herein within the limited time frame.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 02.02.2025, rejecting the application submitted by the petitioner seeking for the transfer of patta in the petitioner's name for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. 2.The petitioner has preferred a statutory appeal before the 1st respondent as against the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner is seeking for early disposal of the statutory appeal dated 19.05.2025 and it would now suffice if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 19.05.2025, aggrieved by the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 19.05.2025, aggrieved by the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 7.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
