gya 2.This Court ordered notice to the respondents. Respondents 1 and 3 have been served with notice. Notice sent to the 2nd respondent has been returned with an endorsement "left". It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents before the Arbitral Tribunal has reported no instructions. 3.The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the proceedings is now at the stage of filing of statement of defence by the respondents. 4.Considering the fact that the notice has been served on the respondents 1 and 3 and the notice that was sent to the known address of the 2nd respondent has been returned as "left" and the learned counsel who represented on behalf of the respondents before the Arbitral Tribunal has reported no instructions, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate and accordingly, the mandate of the sole Arbitrator is extended by 12 months from today.
