ORDER
The revision has been filed challenging the petitioner's application seeking return of the property, namely, his car bearing Registration No.PY-02-M-9292 seized during the course of investigation in Crime No.116 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1)(h), 14A of TNP Act, 4(1)(C), 4(1)(A) of TNP Amendment Act, 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that after the impugned order was passed, the vehicle was confiscated by order dated 12.07.2025 under Section 14(4) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937, passed by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Villupuram District.
3. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the confiscation order in the manner known to law.
