This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police not to harass the petitioners under guise of enquiry except by due process of law.

2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are accused in Crime No.175 of 2025 registered for the offences under sections 9(B)(1)(b) of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884, 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 and 288 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. He further submitted that the petitioners had earlier filed an application in Crl.O.P.No.31598 of 2025 seeking anticipatory bail, and when the matter came up before another Court on 19.11.2025, it was represented by the respondent police that the petitioners were not accused.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that due to miscommunication, it had been represented that the petitioners were not accused. He would submit that the petitioners are accused in this case. 2/4
