O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition that one of the surety must be local surety with in Bhavani Taluk in the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani in Crl.M.P.No.308 of 2025 dated 28.10.2025.

2. It is seen that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani in Crl.O.P.No.308 of 2025 dated 28.10.2025 had granted bail to the petitioner with one of the condition as follows:- ''the petitioners shall execute a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, of which one must be blood surety and the another must be local surety with in Bhavani Taluk for the like sum each.''

3. This Court is of the view that the above condition is onerous condition and therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for a like sum each.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. All other conditions remain unaltered.
