This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six months to render the final award.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the proceedings are now at the stage of cross-examination of C.W.1. In view of the same, the the time frame is extended for a further period of six months.
