ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to initiate action against the respondent in non-complying the order of this Court dated 21.01.2025 in W.P.No.1088 of 2025.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and patta for the subject property of the petitioner has been issued vide proceedings of the respondent dated 26.12.2025 in Na.Ka.No.285/2025/A3. A copy of the proceedings has been produced before the Court today.
