This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the respondents have already been set ex parte and the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal is at the stage of final arguments. Hence, considering the stage of the proceedings, the period is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
