This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to amend the offences under Sections as "Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 324(4), 115(2) and 351(3) of B.N.S.(Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 427, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC) read with Sections 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damages and Loss) Act, 1992" instead of Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 324(4), 115(2) and 351(3) of B.N.S. (Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 427, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC) read with Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damages and Loss) Act, 1992 in the order passed in the anticipatory bail application made in Crl.O.P.No.31309 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.31309 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025 and issue a fresh order copy. Further, one week time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31309 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 16.12.2025 (2/2) ssi 2/4
