ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2025.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the petitioner was called for enquiry and during the course of enquiry, as it was found that the issue involved in the present case is purely civil in nature, the respondents have closed the enquiry, directing the petitioner and the counter party to approach the competent civil court and that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner. He also submitted that since there was a constant dispute between the petitioner and one Sanjay over possession of the property, based on the counter complaint lodged by the said Sanjay, the matter has been referred to the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer for further enquiry.
