When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that though the petitioners have come up with this petition seeking quashment of the FIR in Crime No.2133 of 2015 dated 08.07.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in CC/35317/2024_NTF (TNCH0F0355772024) on 03.04.2024.
