ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.160 of 2025 and to consequently direct the respondent police to remand the accused.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report 2/6

within a period of three (3) months.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.160 of 2025 within a period of three (3) months from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
