ORDER
The Criminal Revision Petition challenges the order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1583 of 2025 in M.C.No.633 of 2024, Page No.1 of 4
in which the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai had directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- as interim maintenance, Rs.39,950/- towards school expenses, the school fees and Rs.20,000/- towards litigation expenses.
2. The learned counsels appearing on either side submit that, the case in M.C.No.633 of 2024 now stands posted for further evidence to be adduced on the side of the respondents herein. This Court had earlier granted stay on condition that the petitioner shall pay monthly maintenance of Rs.15,000/-. The petitioner is complying with the said conditions and the petitioner had also so far paid Rs.17,700/- towards fees for one term. Further, the petitioner also agrees to pay the fees for the remaining term and the school expenses totalling Rs.39,950/-.

Considering the above submissions made and in order to secure the ends of justice, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: (a) The petitioner shall continue to pay Rs.15,000/- every month till the disposal of M.C.No.633 of 2024. (b) The petitioner shall pay the balance amount of Rs.22,250/- towards the balance amount payable by him towards the school expenses and fees within a period of Page No.2 of 4
two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) The litigation expenses directed to be paid shall remain stayed till the disposal of M.C.No.633 of 2024. (d) The IV Additional Family Court, Chennai shall complete the trial in M.C.No.633 of 2024 and pass final orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Revision petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed 30.01.2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order rap To The IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.
