ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered against the petitioners in Crime No.353 of 2021 on the file of the Vadaponparappi Police Station, Kallkurichi District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in Crime No.353 of 2021 has been referred as "mistake of fact" and that the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram, on 13.12.2025 in C202500534.
