This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the impugned order in para No.7(i) in Crl.M.P.No.2140 of 2025, dated 11.11.2025, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Pondicherry.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent reported that already the petitioner herein filed Crl.M.P.No.2258 of 2025, before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry seeking modification of the condition imposed on her in Crl.M.P.No.2140 of 2025, dated 11.11.2025, and the same was allowed on 19.11.2025 and by suppressing the same, the present petition has been filed with the same prayer. Hence, he prays to dismiss the petition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the very same relief has been sought before the Principal Sessions Court, Puducherry, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same.
