COMMON ORDER These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking (i) to modify the condition paragraph 8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.7304 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025 (ii) to amend the initial of the petitioner as V.K.Pradip instead of M.Pradip in Crl.O.P.No.7304 of 2025 vide order dated 17.04.2025.

2. Earlier this Court, after considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for a period of one week from 29.12.2025, vide common order dated 16.12.2025. Even thereafter, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent today that, the petitioner has not come forward to comply with the said condition.

3. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.7304 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025 and also not inclined to entertain the amendment petition filed by the petitioner herein.
