O R D E R
The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2025. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. The issue involved in this case, namely, the issuance of NonTraceable Certificate, has already been dealt with by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.4067 of 2022 etc. batch, vide order dated 29.04.2022, after adverting to several judgments of this Court and also the circular dated 01.04.2022 issued by the Director General of Police in RC.No.2029209/Gen 1(1)/2022.

Following the aforesaid order, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the third respondent Police and furnish all particulars 2/4
as required under the aforesaid circular issued by the Director General of Police. On receipt of such particulars, the third respondent Police shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
