ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.10.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 308(4), 74, 76, 318(4), 351(3) of BNS and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.503 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 12.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30926 of 2025 for the following reasons. "5. Considering the fact that the investigation in this case is pending and so far no jewels has been recovered and it needs detailed investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made, facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of offence, the fact that the investigation is still pending and the present bail petition has been filed immediately after the dismissal of the earlier bail application of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30926 of 2025 without any change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
