This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Learned Principal District Court, Kallakurichi to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Cr.No.285/2025 on the file of the Learned Principal District Court, Kallakurichi. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 17.11.2025 and remanded to judicial custody.

3. In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
