This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24335 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 in Crime No.101 of 2025, on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
