ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.543 of 2025 in Crl OP No.27831 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025, passed by this Court report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.543 of 2025 in Crl OP No.27831 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
