O R D E R
The petitioner herein, who is an accused in S.C.No.132 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Vellore, Vellore District, had jumped bail on 17.02.2025. He was secured on execution of non bailable warrant on 07.09.2025. He seeks for bail stating that he is in prison from 07.09.2025.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that there are totally 14 accused involved in this case, in which the petitioner was ranked as A7 and he is in custody for more than one month. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioner. 2/8

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the bail to the petitioners, reiterated the prosecution case and stated that totally there are 14 accused involved in this case and all the other accused were regularly appearing and charges have been framed.
4. Earlier this Court dismissed the bail petition of the petitioner on 30.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29578 of 2025 on the ground that the case was pending for framing of charges. Now the charges have been framed and the case is pending for fixing the trial date. Hence, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, subject to certain conditions.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned 3/8
Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Vellore District, and on further conditions that:- [a] the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book to ensure their identity;
[b] the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. [c] the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial;
[d] the petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence or witness either during investigation or trial; [e] On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the 4/8
conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560];
[f] If the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 B.N.S.
