The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.07.2025, for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c) of 1/4

NDPS Act in Crime No.239 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This Court earlier dismissed the bail application of the petitioner. This is successive bail application. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner has separately filed another bail application in Crl.M.P.No.7204 of 2025 and the same is posted on 04.12.2025. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his right of bail in the petition filed before the Trial Court.
