ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5207 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025, in respect of condition No.3, that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Jurisdictional

Magistrate concerned, once in a month ie., first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5207 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025 in respect of condition No.3, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
