ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking 1/5

modification of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.21087 of 2025 dated 11.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting suspension of suspension, had imposed certain conditions and one of the conditions is as follows:

The petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, in which one surety must be a blood related surety, each for a st Additional District & Sessions like sum of the satisfaction of the learned 1 Judge (FAC), Magalir Neethimandram ( FTMC), Tiruppur. He further submitted that, petitioner is unable to offer blood related surety instead, he is ready to offer local surety. 2/5

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the above condition as follows:

4(a) The petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousand only) st with two sureties, each for a like sum of the satisfaction of the learned 1 Additional District & Sessions Judge (FAC), Magalir Neethimandram ( FTMC), Tiruppur.

4. Further, the condition 4(b) is also modified as follows: The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 355 of BNSS, 2023 and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence as directed by the trial Court.
