ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.10.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(c), 4(1)(A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act amendment Act 2024, in Crime No.257 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 10.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30613 of 2025 on the following reasons:
"6. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is having 13 previous cases and also the quantity of liquor bottles sized is also large in number and also if the petitioner is granted bail at this stage he will indulge in similar activities, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

3.Considering the facts that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 01.12.2025 mpa To 1.The Inspector of Police, Gangavalli Police Station, Salem District.
