ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 4th respondent to issue a separate patta in the name of the petitioner by correcting the total extent of the land in S.No.342/17 situated at Kundaveli Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District as per the sale deed in Document No.1454 of 980 dated 23.07.1980, based on the petitioner's representations dated 12.02.2025 and 07.02.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations, as stated supra, are considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Since the competent authority to pass the final order is the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 12.02.2025 and 07.11.2025 for issuance of a separate patta in the name of the petitioner by correcting the total extent of the land in S.No.342/17, situated at Kundaveli Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District, as per the sale deed in Document No.1454 of 980 dated 23.07.1980, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
