The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 294(b), 314, 498(A), 323, 406 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.7 of 2022, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police reported that the petitioner had already been granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10737 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024 and was regularly appearing before the concerned Court. Subsequently, pursuant to a petition for cancellation of bail filed by the defacto complainant, this Court, by order dated 09.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.4748 of 2025, cancelled the bail earlier granted to the petitioner. In view of the fact that the bail granted to the petitioner has already been cancelled by this Court, it is not open to this Court to entertain the present anticipatory bail application once again.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 02.12.2025 ssi To:
