This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider and promote the petitioner by empanelling him on priority basis as Senior Planner under the 4 % reservation quota envisaged as per G.O Ms.NO.6 dated 21.06.2025 by granting reservation in promotion to persons suffering from disabilities on priority basis in the light of the representation dated 09.07.2025 and 01.08.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representations dated 09.07.2025 and 01.08.2025 seeking promotion by empanelling him on priority basis as Senior Planner and, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law in the light of G.O Ms.NO.6 dated 21.06.2025, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
