ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the prayer in Crl.O.P.No.29520 of 2025 that "State Rep. by Inspector of Police, CCW-Chennai City, Chennai - 600 007. Crime 1/4

No.45/2025" instead of "State Rep. by Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Delta-2, Central Crime Branch, Chennai - 600 007".

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this amendment petition has been filed under the wrong impression that the address of the respondent has not been properly described in the petition, but it has been properly made. Hence, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29520 of 2025 dated 05.11.2025, to execute the sureties got expired and hence, a weeks time may be extended to execute the sureties.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, prayer of amendment is dismissed. 2/4

5. However, one week time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to execute the sureties and to comply with conditions as ordered by this Court dated 05.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29520 of 2025. 12.12.2025 ssi To 1.The Inspector of Police, CCW - Chennai City, Chennai - 600007.
