This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.23472 of 2025, dated 25.08.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.23472 of 2025, dated 25.08.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
