ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.17063 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26415 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.229 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.26415 of 2024 ssi 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that final report has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17063 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26415 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
