ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph 5(b) of the order dated 29.11.2024 passed in Crl.MP.No.16843 of 2024 in Crl.RC.No.2118 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials

available on records.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation, the condition imposed on the first petitioner in Crl.MP.No.16843 of 2024 in Crl.RC.No.2118 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 is relaxed. Insofar as the second petitioner in Crl.MP.No.16843 of 2024 in Crl.RC.No.2118 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 is concerned, the condition is modified to the effect that he shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day once in every three months, until further orders.
