This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed in Para 7(b) of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28390 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28390 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.
