ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2025 seeking for change of classification in respect of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.C.Jaya Prakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to them to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2025 seeking for change of classification of the petitioner's land morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
