ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.

2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the appeal dated 08.07.2025 pending before the second respondent. The petitioner is the respondent in the said appeal.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the prayer sought for in this writ petition is granted in favour of the petitioner, as the petitioner is only seeking for an early disposal of the appeal. 4.Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 08.07.2025 in Na.Ka. No.A3/10138/2024 pending before the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
