These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 4 & 5 days in filing the respective appeals.

Heard Mr.S.Manikandan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Ansar, learned counsel for respondent 1 and Mr.R.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader (Pondicherry) for respondents 2 to 5.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 4 & 5 days in filing the respective appeals are condoned. Accordingly, these petitions stand ordered.
