COMMON ORDER These condone delay petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 253 days in filing the above second appeals.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the relevant point of time, the petitioner was suffering from Jaundice and the same crippled his movement. Therefore, there was a delay in filing the second appeals.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed the petitions on the ground that the reason given by the petitioner is not a sufficient cause to condone the delay of 253 days.
4. Having regard to the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and the length of delay, this Court is inclined to take a liberal view of the matter and condone the delay of 253 days in filing the above second appeals. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
5. Registry is directed to number the second appeals if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 09.06.2026. 08-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order nr
