ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the petitioners herein as the 5th and 6th respondents in the above Writ Petition.

2. The Writ Petition relates to the building situated at Kannanur Pazhampettai Village, Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

3. The Writ Petitioner claims to be owner of the property. Respondents 1, 2 and 4 have been deleted by this Court by an order dated 18.11.2025. The petitioners herein claim to be in possession of the property in the capacity as absolute owners. Hence they are the persons interested and will be adversely affected by any orders passed in the Writ Petition. Therefore, this WMP is allowed.
