ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate .

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.

The issue involved in this case, namely, the issuance of NonTraceable Certificate, has already been dealt with by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.4067 of 2022, etc. batch vide order dated 29.04.2022, after adverting to several judgments of this Court and also the circular dated 01.04.2022 issued by the Director General of Police in RC.No.2029209/Gen 1(1)/2022.

Following the aforesaid order, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the second respondent police and furnish all particulars as required under the aforesaid circular issued by the Director General of Police. On receipt of such particulars, the second respondent police shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. This Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
