[Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.,] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents-Police to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 12.11.2025, wherein and whereby, he sought to grant six (6) days emergency leave to the petitioner's father, Narayanappa, S/o.Yellappa, now confined in Central Prison, Vellore.
2. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner's 2/6
uncle Gopalappa, brother of Narayanappa, is suffering from various ailments for past few months and his condition is serious. The learned counsel further submits that in this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents and seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents-Police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a reasonable time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
