All these petitions have been filed to seek permission from this Court to challenge the order passed by the Writ Court, which is impugned in the main writ appeals, dated 04.11.2025 in W.P.No.10456 of 2025 etc., batch. By virtue of the order impugned, all these petitioners who have otherwise got promotion, of course on temporary basis, to the post of Additional Deputy Superintendent of Police, and the said promotion since has been quashed by the orders passed by the Writ Court, they are claiming to be the aggrieved parties.
2. In view of the same, the permission sought for can be granted. Accordingly, leave is granted and the petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to verify if the papers in the main writ appeals are in order and if it is so, post the same for admission.
