This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.11895 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the previous counsel of the petitioner herein has not informed about the conditions imposed on her by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11895 of 2025; that besides, the petitioner herein is pursuing her education in B.Ed (Social Science) as a regular course, hence prays to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.11895 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025

3. Considering the submissions made and the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to modify the aforesaid condition, however the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions imposed on her in Crl.O.P.No.11895 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025 from the first week of January 2026 onwards.
