2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.

3.WMP.No.52357 of 2025 filed by the petitioners to permit them to file a single Writ Petition is allowed.
