O R D E R
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the casue bundle. For better appreciation, the said endorsement is extracted hereunder:- "It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit to withdraw the writ petition due to the issuance of subsequent revised order of second respondent vide Pa.A.No.412/2025 (Mu.Mu.No.7551/B1/2025-2), dated 19.11.2025 against the order impugned in this writ petition, permitting the writ petitioner to continue to serve in the same station and thus render justice."
2. Considering the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, since the petitioner was permitted to serve in the same station, vide Pa.A.No.412/2025 (Mu.Mu.No.7551/B1/2025-2), dated 19.11.2025.
