ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to consider the petitioner's application dated 13.10.2025 which has been made under Section 54 of the Unified Wakf Management, Empowerment, Efficiency and Development Act, 1995. 2.

On perusal of the said application, it is seen that the petitioner is complaining about the encroachment. In view thereof, let the application of the petitioner dated 13.10.2025, shall be taken up for enquiry by the respondent, and after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the concerned encroacher(s) and after conducting enquiry in accordance with law, final orders be passed on the application dated 13.10.2025.

In view of the fact that no positive direction is issued and the direction is only to take up the application for enquiry, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, even though the concerned encroacher is not added as a party in the writ petition. Needless to mention that the said person will be entitled to place on record his objections before the respondent and this Court has not gone into or considered the merits of the issue. 4.

With the above directions and with the further direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
