This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph 7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the learned Magistrate-I, Erode, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.28611 of 2025 order dated 17.10.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.O.P.No.28611 of 2025 order dated 17.10.2025 in Paragraph 7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the learned Magistrate-I, Erode, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders", alone is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
