This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the Respondent for deliberately disobeying the order of this Court W.P.No.18527 of 2025 dated 13.06.2025. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Contempt Petition arises out of the Order dated 13.06.2025 in W.P.No.18527 of 2025 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appeared on behalf of Respondent submitted that pursuant to the Order dated 13.06.2025 in W.P.No.18527 of 2025, the Respondent has issued the Proceedings dated 05.03.2026 bearing Na.Ka.No.150/2026 and thereby, the Respondent has duly complied with the direction issued by this Court in Order dated 13.06.2025 in W.P.No.18527 of 2025. The learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the Proceedings dated 05.03.2026 issued by the Respondent, before this Court.

3. The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate for Respondent has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for Petitioner.

4. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed and the Respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
