O R D E R
The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to IV Additional District Court, Ponneri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2014 within the time frame.
2.The petitioner is the 7th defendant in a suit for partition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 1 to 3 filed a suit for partition in the year 1995 before the District Court, Tiruvallur and the same was subsequently, transferred to the IV Additional District Court, Ponneri and renumbered as O.S.No.64 of 2014. Learned counsel submitted that even though the pleadings are completed long back, the suit is kept pending. Therefore, a direction is sought for early disposal of the suit. 3.A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the suit has been kept pending due to the pendency of various Interlocutary Applications. Taking into consideration the suit is more than 10 years old one, the relief sought for is partition, this Court is inclined to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
